90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Ovia Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee under the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved.
  • Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund. Prior orders are not eligible.
  • Refunds are limited to one order per customer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Product returns are not required and will not be accepted.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions will be made beyond this period, unless a longer guarantee period is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. In that case, the guarantee period stated on the product page controls.


Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards, promotional gifts, or final sale items.
  • Orders where a refund has previously been issued to the same customer.
  • International orders outside the United States.

Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before your next renewal date. Failure to cancel before a renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and canceling through the customer portal, or by contacting us at info@oviaessentials.com or (347) 455-0641. Cancellations must be received before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us at info@oviaessentials.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations processed before shipment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee to cover third-party payment gateway charges.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at info@oviaessentials.com. We will work with you to investigate the issue with the carrier. Claims of non-receipt submitted more than 7 days after the marked delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.


Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issue you may have with your order. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@oviaessentials.com or (347) 455-0641 before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly, and we are happy to help. Contacting us first is always the fastest path to resolution.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at info@oviaessentials.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Ovia Essentials reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for any injury or loss caused by misuse of our products.
