Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription product from Ovia Essentials, you agree to the terms of our automatic renewal policy outlined below.
Recurring Charges. When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency and amount shown during checkout. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel. The amount charged may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

Cancellations confirmed before your next billing date take effect immediately. Cancellations received after a billing date has processed take effect for the following billing period. We will confirm all cancellations by email.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate shipment. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Where only a deposit or no payment is collected, your payment method will be stored securely and the remaining balance will be charged when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship. You will be notified before any additional charge is processed.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@oviaessentials.com or (347) 455-0641 with your order number. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
